Karyalaya Vibhag (Office Section): This section is of atmost importance. All accounts, money transactions are done here. Accounts are kept upto-date.No pending work is kept. It is only after the completion of day's accounts and taking the signature of the Vyavasthapak on it, Then the Karyalaya Vibhag is closed. Generally, the work of Karyalaya Vibhag goes up to 11:00 p.m. All financial matters are checked by Charted Accountant every year Up till now nothing objectionable is found.
	Abhisheka & Denagi (Donations) Vibhag: - This section or counter is working for 24 hours. In an average 1/10th of the amount is returned to the donor by way of prasada, shawl, shrifal, blouse piece, uprane, saree etc. If some donors give some clothes to Shri Swami, these clothes are given to other Bhaktas and not auctioned or sold. This type of tradition is only in this sansthan which enhance the faith of Bhakta.
	Money Order & Prasada: - Money Order & Dak (Postal) Sewa This is also a big section Nearly 1000 M.Os. are received daily. In response, prasada is sent to Bhaktas by registered parcel along with vibhuti & Ashirwada. A full-fledged machinery of skilled workers remains all time busy to do this work around the clock. Dak Sewa (Postal) Section The correspondence of Bhaktas is on a large scale. Each & every letter is taken carefully and answered. At the time of utsavas invitation, cards and information pamphlets etc are sent to the donors of sansthan.
	Kothar (Dhanya) Vibhag (Grain Store Section):- It is the biggest section of sansthan Grain (wheat, rice, dal, sweet oil etc) is accepted here. The grain purchased by sansthan is also deposited here. The section has its own floor mill which is working round the clock The quality of the grain is carefully seen. There are so many sewadharies (Men & Women) who clean the grain round the clock. The grain & other necessary things for cooking meals for thousands of Bhaktas are supplied from here.
	Pooja, Aarti, Abhisheka & other Religious Activities : - This is also a very well organized department Daily arties & pooja are very pious activities from the point of view of Bhaktas There are so many Bhaktas who by their almost to be present at the time of arties and have the dhoop of arties. So, accuracy in time schedule is a must here and that also with a great respect. The cleanliness is also a must At the time if utsavas and yatras other religious activities like home Havana yagnya etc are to be preformed Moreover, Abhishekas of Bhaktas are to be performed on the days they ask. The atmosphere at the time of all these activities is kept devotional and pious.
	Mahaprasada Vibhag: [Free meals, Canteens, etc] Section: - This is also a very big section Daily nearly 5000 Bhaktas are served with free Mahaprasada i.e. meals i.e. roti, rice, vegetable and a sweet. The quality is always kept good. Only freshly cooked food is served. At the time of utsavas and yatras, more than a Lac Bhaktas take advantage of Mahaprasada. The mechanism of cooking and distribution is to be seen to be believed. A very specious Mahaprasada stall is constructed for this.
	Kothigruha This section has all types of utensils useful for cooking Bhandaras Big ceremonies etc. The utensils are supplied to Bhaktas who do cook their food in the campus on a very nominal deposit that is returned after returning the utensils.
	Prakashan Vibhag:- This section published the All types of Publications of Sansthan.
	Construction Department:- It is also a full-fledged department. It is also a full-fledged department. One junior Engineer & one Assistant are defined for this section Sansthan is always on toes to see that the Bhaktas stay at Shegaon be comfortable and charged with devotional atmosphere, hence it have always some plans ready and construction work going on The construction work of corers of rupees is always in hand. Now itself construction work of 2 & ½ corers is going on. The account of all material is always kept ready. And all the work goes smoothly according to plans. A special mention must be made about marble carving. Marble temples are being constructed at shegaon as well as at the other branches of sansthan For that a huge quantity of Marble is being brought from Rajasthan And all the Carving is done at Shegaon. For this purpose special karagirs (Skilled workers) and their families have been brought at Shegaon.
	Electricity Department:- Electricity is needed 24 hours everywhere in the compels and other places At the time of utsavas and other fun times, much more electricity is essential for decorative and other purposes. So a special electric section is maintained. Two Generators of 100 HP & 50 HP are always kept ready for emergency occasions.
	Water Supply Department:- This is very important dept. because of the rear city of water So a special water supply center has been constructed on Balapur Road. And from there the water is made available in the water tank of 47 thousand lit. Capacity in the Mandir Complex. Water tanker of sansthan takes & supplies water to rear city areas nearby. In winter hot water is made available free of any charges to the devotees
	Transport Department:- Sansthan has 4 Luxury Buses, 1 mini bus, 17 trucks, 4 Ambulances, 1 Tractor All these are to be always kept in working condition and ready to serve All the vehicles are kept busy. Luxury Buses run for the transportation of devotees from Railway station to mandir and mandir to Watika and back to mandir or Railway station day and night. For these vehicles, a special diesel pump is made available.
	Workshop Section: - Workshop is a must as there are so many projects are going on Repairs of the vehicles are carries here. Woodwork i.e. wooden frames, Wooden Doors-Windows along with grills etc. is done here. Welding work is also done here. Marble Workshop Huge marble stones in lump sum quantity are brought to sansthan from Rajasthan Special trucks are deputed for this work. Then the stones are cut as per the need and then sculptured. The necessary machines are established. Day & Night work is going on. This is done in a special workshop in Bhuskuti and in Engineering College.
	Tailoring Department:- Patakas are necessary for Dindi. Special type of Aasanas. Gaddas, Gada Covers Special decorated clothes for Elephants, Horses, & Palkie. And uniforms for Armchairs. Etc. are stitched & made here.
	Gorakshan Vibhag / HattiKhana:- There are Cows, Elephants, Horses, and other animals in this section. There are 2 Elephants & 3 Horses. Utmost care is taken for their timely feeding and cleanings. Elephants and Horses take part in daily 11 pm and Evening Arati. Hathikhana is the place for Elephants & Horses and Bhuskuti is the place for Gorashkan i.e. cows, bulls etc. & fodder for the animals. All the agricultural material is also kept there. The place is 1 km away from Mandir.
	Parking of Vehicles and Two Wheeler Stand: - Car, Buses, Mini Buses, etc. can be parked in this place. This parking place is in BhaktaNiwasa. (Old name Hattikhana) Two Wheelers can be kept in a Cycle Stand. This place is in Mandir Complex.
	Vajantri Vibhag:- Special Vajantri section is kept. They play Mangal Vadyas in the morning & evening. They play Bhupali in the morning along with the devotional song bhajans on Gajanan Maharaj. And in the evening the evening ragas and the abhangas on Maharaj.
	Ropwatika (Nursery):- The project AnandSagar needs thousands (50000) of different kinds of trees and plants. So a special Ropwatika (Nursery) is developed . Nearly 2 Lac plants are nurtured there. The place is in the Water Supply Center of Sansthan.
	Shopping Complex: - In the Inner & Outer complex of the Sansthan there numerous shops of stationary, Cutlery, Photo frames, Toys & Novelties, Statues, Photos, Gajanan Maharaj and other Sant Granthas, Utensils etc. along with Prasada and Flowers and Flower-Malas. There are always humming with noise of devotees. For flower shops special design of umbrellas are given. Authentic Gajanan Maharaj Literature, Gajanan Maharaj Photos, Cassettes, VDO Films, etc. are made available at direct Mandir Complex. But other Literature on Gajanan Maharaj, songs, Bhajans, Purna Gajanan Vijay Grantha etc. are available in shopping complex.
	Saaf-Safai Vibhag: - This is very important section; as cleanliness is kept round the clock not only in the mandir but also in the complete complex. All the deputed workers as well as the sewadharies do take care to keep the complex and its parisar (near about) clean.
	Security Department:- Though (also) there are SwayamSewakas and Sewadharies to keep discipline in Mandir & complex there are also security guards personnel appointed and deputed by the Sansthan. This is also round the clock work. They are given special uniforms and badges. All of these help Bhaktas at every point and try to maintain proper discipline.
