Departments

Money order and post department:

• Every day Money orders sent by devotees are updated in the computer and according to the wish of devotees; the donation is transferred to donation/Abhishek/Education/Charitable dispensary etc. As per the wish, Shree's Literature Photo, Angara, Prasad etc is sent to them by post.

• The Prasad in the form of cloth is given to devotees by Shree Sansthan for the donations of Rs.500/- onwards.

• The donations are received through cheques/Demand Drafts/ EMOs and the Sansthan carefully sents them Prasad with the Receipt reflecting Icome Tax exemption with 80G stamp. (For donations of Rs. 500/- onwards) 

• The details of devotees donating Rs.500/- onwards, are updated in the computer and they are sent the invitation for important festivals of the Sansthan.Those letters of invitations are return, they are then deleted. Moreover, Sansthan solve the any problem facing the devotees by telephone.

Water Supply Department : 

Shree Sansthan's water supply department quenches the thirsy devotees and the people of shegaon along with the water for daily use. Even Sansthan does not neglet the cattles and the special tanks are built for them. The water supply through tanker to Shegaon's drought affected area is made through the pipeline of 09 Kms from Sansthan's water project at Man River.

Library:

The Sansthan’s library is functional from 1975. The library has a collection of almost 6,500 books inclusive of religious books, historical novels, children’s literature etc. 25 daily newspapers in Hindi,Marathi, English and Urdu are available in this library.Sansthan'slibrary has a very condusive environment for reading where the people from all the sections of the society get the food for throught..

Transportation:

Shegaon Sansthan has its own Disel pump and a special department in Bhuskuti Mala Premises where the bodies of Trucks and Buses are manufactured.

The Sansthan has a large number of variety of vehicals which are used for all the philanthropic activites of the Sansthan, Even it has a unique feature of facilitating the devotees with free bus service from Railway station, madir to Aanand Sagar, Sansthan has following 75 vehicals: The Sansthan owns 11 luxury buses,  5 trucks, 5 ambulances, 5 tractors, 9 cars, 3 tippers, 1 cargoes, 24 autos, 1 minidoors, 1 JCB and 1 Roller, Pickup-407 2.

Parking :

For Saftey of the vehicles the Sansthan has parking facilities at Bhakta Niwas campus (Tinshed Parisar). The parking is also available to devotees in Anand Sagar, Visawa and Anand Vihar. 

Free Bus Service :-

Shegaon Sansthan is having lot of concern for its devotees and hence it has unique feuture of free bus services from Bhakta Niwas Campus to Bus stand, Railway Station, Anand sagar, Total 6 Buses of Sansthan play round the clock at above place.For Ananad vihar and Visawa 4 Buses runs from Bhakta Niwas Campus. If devotees have not their own vehicle, they can use these buses. 

Gaurakshan : (protection for cows) : 

Shri Shegaon Sansthan started this project to provide the fodder to cows and other cattles in drought-affected areas. Not only this, the Sansthan also provides the financial help for fodder or direacty provide the fodder to selected and needy Gaurakshans of Buldana, Akola, Amrawati ad Washim district.

Cleaning :-

'Cleanliness is next to Godliness'- Sansthan gives emphasis on this great thought and hence the ultra cleanliness through out the year is one of the most important feartures of Shree Sansthan. The dedicated volueers, modern Machines and effective monitening ensure the total cleaning in Shree Sansthan which creates the most suitable atmosphere for spirituality.

Prasad and Holy Angara department :-

In effective system of Shri Sansthan leaves, no stone unturned to distribute Prasad for devotees. The volunteers look after the proper parking of Prasad and Angara.
